M J Gleeson named preferred development partner for Margate regeneration scheme

MJ Gleeson Group PLC said it has been selected as the preferred development partner for Margate regeneration scheme in north east Kent.
The housing regeneration and strategic land specialist said the site is due to open in late 2010 and the development of the site is intended by Kent County Council.
MJ Gleeson Group said its team's proposals include a four star hotel, some commercial development and a new substantial residential crescent.
