Kent Property Market report to reveal outlook for 2008/9
The launch of this year's Kent Property Market Report, to be held at the Brands Hatch Motorsport Vision Conference Centre on Wednesday 22 October, will welcome around 200 leading property experts, developers and investors in Kent and Medway.
The 2008 report will examine how the county's property market is performing and will provide an invaluable insight into regeneration projects and the commercial, retail, tourism, leisure and residential property sectors in Kent and Medway.
In response to the current economic climate, this year's ‘economy' section has been covered in further detail, and the main speaker at the launch event, Tim Pike, Deputy Agent for the South East at the Bank of England, will be commenting on the outlook for Kent.
The Kent Property Market Report is written by Kent County Council and property experts Cluttons LLP, produced by investment promotion agency Locate in Kent and is supported by RICS and law firm Cripps Harries Hall LLP.
