Strategic developments have been established in the key locations of Dover, Canterbury, Shepway and Thanet, offering businesses superb access to domestic and export markets via a network of motorways, international ports and the Channel Tunnel.

Key sites include the White Cliffs Business Park in Dover and EuroKent Business Park close to Kent International Airport in Ramsgate. In the ex-coalfield area between Dover and Canterbury several sites are available, including 295 acres of land for development at Betteshanger.
