East Kent offers a diverse range of workspace for all types of business.

Canterbury: Lakesview Business Park in Canterbury is expanding fast. 40 acres of readily available space has already attracted £14m of investment and has benefited from a further £1.25m investment to provide 4,000 sq ft of affordable office space. Plans to develop a £5.5m Innovation Centre for technology-based business, on University of Kent campus.

Dover: White Cliffs Business Park has 123 acres to develop new, purpose-built offices for a mix of occupiers. With a £100 million investment, Phase 2 is developing 28 hectares, 48,000 sq ft starter units to create 1,800 jobs. Buckland Mill proposes to develop retail space, community facilities and housing.

Shepway: Shearway Bsuiness Park proximity to major transport network is a prime location in East Kent. Opportunity for commercial development on the 25 ha site. Cheriton Parc overlooks the Channel Tunnel and the 4.4 ha site has office use.

Thanet: And the 188-acre Manston Business Park in Thanet is considered an ideal investment for occupiers who prefer a design and build package matched to their specific needs. Already benefited from a £5.3m investment to develop it further.
